Christina Hazboun is the UK project manager for Keychange, a global movement promoting gender diversity in music. She also works as a writer, curator, and radio host, focusing on amplifying underrepresented voices from the Arabic-speaking world and global south.

Dani Ribas, director of Sonar Cultural Consultancy, holds a PhD in Sociology and developed the ID_MUSIQUE method. She’s a specialist in cultural policies, consultant for UNESCO, and a 2022 WME award winner. She teaches music business and career planning.

Yara joined the B&B team in November 2020, transitioning from her role as a Conceptual Writer at Anghami. She has a passion for local music and has worked as a Writer and Content Manager at Project Revolver and as Project Manager for the AlUla Future Culture Summit. Yara holds an MA in Critical and Creative Analysis from Goldsmiths, University of London, where she studied Lebanon's music scene.

Lama Hazboun is a music industry professional with 20+ years of experience in Jordan and the Middle East. She founded OrangeRed in 2004, promoting contemporary music. Lama launched the Amman Jazz Festival in 2012 and co-founded Amman Music Talks in 2023. She also serves as Vice Chair of MusiConnect Asia and MedeArts.

Alexander Schulz, born in 1966, is the managing director of RBX GmbH, founder of the Reeperbahn Festival, and director of the ELBJAZZ Festival. He co-created the Keychange initiative for gender equality in music. Schulz also founded Inferno Events and has lectured at universities like Leuphana and Folkwang.
