This talk will shed light on the challenges faced by musicians and artists in Beirut. In the heart of this city known for its rich history and artistic resilience, the music scene has had a turbulent journey. As access to public spaces for concerts remains limited and beloved venues fade into abandonment, several challenges have emerged for local musicians.
The conversation looks at how culture can persevere through adversity, using their unique circumstances to shape their soundscapes. What is the evolving role of architecture in shaping the sonic experiences of audiences and artists alike?
