Pen Gutt, Kaoroo, SwagTV & DJs Ubachii og Banjee (Over 18)

Oslo World UNG presents cultural experiences created by young people, for young people. Every year, Oslo World UNG puts on concerts during the festival, while also creating spaces for young, socially engaged voices to meet and connect with other young people.

This year, they have teamed up with Suieverse, a collective founded by Suie Le, Benocchio and Yosef Adam, creating a space where music, people and creative expression meet, take shape and grow. Together, they present a packed night at Parkteatret, and we’ll let the artists themselves describe what’s in store:

Pen Gutt

“Lighters and phones fill the venue like a starry sky, and silence descends before he parts the sea of people like Moses and walks out into the crowd,” wrote Gaffa. Somewhere between vulnerability and complete chaos, no two Pen Gutt shows are ever the same. This is something you have to experience with your own eyes

Kaoroo

Not only is KAOROO the most handsome person in the world. The music they play has also been measured to contain dangerously high levels of swag.

SwagTV

There are a handful of people who can say, “I saw SwagTV in a basement, long before anyone knew who he was.” There are 30,000 who can say, “I saw him at Karpe World.” The biggest names in the game can say, “We called it first.” Soon, there’ll be a Parkteatret full of people with their own version of the story. The only question is which one you’ll be able to tell. SWAGTADEM!

Ubachiiii

Ubachiiii is an Oslo-based DJ who blends Jersey club, hip-hop and infectious electronic music into fast-paced, uncompromising sets. When strangers start moving in sync, when someone hears a track they’ve never heard before and you can see the moment it clicks, that’s when Ubachiiii knows the mission is accomplished.

Banjee

The name is a fusion of “bougie” and “ghetto”, perfectly summing up Banjee’s style. Uptempo riddim tracks, Vogue and Jersey beats, and much more come together to create a distinctive and irresistible atmosphere on the dance floor.
