Judeline, ganavya and Senidah to Oslo World!
A Spanish pop star, a spiritual jazz artist, and a Balkan trap diva are the first artists announced for Oslo World 2025.
Judeline
With her playful, catchy combinations of modern pop and Andalucian roots, the 22 year old artist Judeline is one of the new big stars on the thriving Spanish pop scene. Growing up in Caños de Meca, Judeline found a way of combining electronic, beat-driven music with the spiritual undertones of Andalusian culture, flamenco singing, Spanish and Arab folk melodies.
Much like her compatriot Rosaliá, Judeline uses her heritage to explore the possibilities of modern pop from all over the world - from funk favela beats to tender, electronic ballads.
Last year, her debut album Bodhiria made a huge splash across all platforms and getting rave reviews in international press outlets such as Pitchfork, Rolling Stone and The Fader. Song by song, she expands her territory - both artistically and commercially.

Ganavya
We are living in a new golden age of spiritual jazz - and the 2024 release Daughter of a Temple confirmed vocalist, composer and bandleader Ganavyas position as an essential figure in this landscape. Born in Flushing, Queens and raised in Tamil Nadu, a state in South India, she was deeply immersed in the Hindu tradition of harikatha. It is a type of storytelling that blends music and poetry. The deep bond with an artist like Alice Coltrane – who in the last decade has become one of the definitive influences on a new generation in American jazz and beyond - is evident in Ganavyas music.
This autumn, Ganavya will perform at Kulturkirken Jakob – a venue uniquely suited to her music.
Senidah
Many have waited a long time for this: during Oslo World 2025, one of the biggest names in Balkan music will finally visit Norway. Senidah fills the largest concert venues and festivals across Europe and beyond, and is a fixture at the Balkans' biggest festivals. In 2022, she conquered audiences on a sold-out tour across the United States.
Today, she is one of the most recognizable, and beloved, Balkan artists on the global stage, known for electrifying concerts. Blending pop, R&B, and trap, her music has become synonymous with the modern sound of the region.
The Balkan Trap Diva, as she is sometimes called in the media, was born in Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia.
With over 1.3 million followers on social media and music streaming platforms, millions of monthly listeners on Spotify, and an impressive 11.6 million monthly streams on YouTube and Spotify combined, Senidah is undeniably one of the most recognizable Balkan artists on the global stage.
